Payment and shipping

Shipping conditions

Delivery is only available within Germany.

Delivery of downloadable items

No shipping costs are incurred for goods that are delivered via download. Downloadable items can be downloaded via a link provided by email.
This e-mail with access data for the download will be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the item description, goods will be delivered in Germany within 3-5 days of order confirmation (or, if advance payment has been agreed, after your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

We offer the following payment options:

• Payment by SEPA direct debit (not available for new customers)
• Payment by credit card
• Payment by PayPal
• Payment by ApplePay

Shipping costs

We do not charge shipping costs.

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA core direct debit, you authorise us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account on the announced date. When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are dispatched. If you have any questions, you will find our contact details in the legal notice.
